Slow Cooker Beef and Potato Gratin

Instructions

Step 1: Brown the Beef

✔ Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. ✔ Season ground beef with salt & pepper, cook until browned. ✔ Drain excess fat, set beef aside.

Step 2: Layer Ingredients in the Slow Cooker

First layer: Half of the potatoes, onions, garlic, thyme, beef, and cheese. ✔ Second layer: Repeat with remaining potatoes, onions, garlic, thyme, beef, and cheese.

Step 3: Add Broth & Worcestershire Sauce

✔ Mix chicken broth & Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl. ✔ Pour evenly over layered ingredients.

Step 4: Slow Cook to Perfection

✔ Cover & cook on high for 4 hours, until potatoes are tender & cheese is bubbly.

Serving Ideas

Garnish with fresh parsley or a sprinkle of black pepper. ✔ Pair with a crisp green salad or roasted vegetables.
