Instructions:

Marinate the Steak: In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Add steak slices, toss to coat, and let marinate for 15–20 minutes.

Sauté Garlic: Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Cook the Steak: Add the marinated steak and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Cook the Shrimp: In the same pan, cook the shrimp for 2–3 minutes until pink and fully cooked.

Stir-Fry Veggies: Add bell pepper and carrot, stir-frying for 2 minutes until slightly tender.

Combine Everything: Return the steak and shrimp to the pan, then add cooked noodles. Toss well until everything is evenly mixed and heated through.
