Sizzling Steak & Shrimp Noodle Stir-Fry

Instructions:

  1. Marinate the Steak: In a bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Add steak slices, toss to coat, and let marinate for 15–20 minutes.

  2. Sauté Garlic: Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

  3. Cook the Steak: Add the marinated steak and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until browned. Remove from the pan and set aside.

  4. Cook the Shrimp: In the same pan, cook the shrimp for 2–3 minutes until pink and fully cooked.

  5. Stir-Fry Veggies: Add bell pepper and carrot, stir-frying for 2 minutes until slightly tender.

  6. Combine Everything: Return the steak and shrimp to the pan, then add cooked noodles. Toss well until everything is evenly mixed and heated through.

  7. Serve & Garnish: Plate immediately and garnish with fresh cilantro. Enjoy your delicious stir-fry!

Tip: For extra flavor, drizzle with a little extra sesame oil or a squeeze of lime before serving.
