Instructions:
- Preheat & Prep:
- Heat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Assemble Cheese Filling:
- Separate biscuit dough and flatten slightly.
- Place ½ oz mozzarella (shredded or a small cube) in the center of each biscuit.
- Seal the Cheese Bombs:
- Fold dough over the cheese, pinching edges tightly to seal.
- Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Bake:
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melty.
- Make Garlic Butter Topping:
- Melt butter, then mix in garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
- Finish & Serve:
- Brush warm cheese bites generously with garlic butter.
- Enjoy immediately while hot and gooey!
