Simple Garlic Butter Cheese Bites

Instructions:

  1. Preheat & Prep:
    • Heat oven to 400°F (200°C).
    • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  2. Assemble Cheese Filling:
    • Separate biscuit dough and flatten slightly.
    • Place ½ oz mozzarella (shredded or a small cube) in the center of each biscuit.
  3. Seal the Cheese Bombs:
    • Fold dough over the cheese, pinching edges tightly to seal.
    • Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake:
    • Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melty.
  5. Make Garlic Butter Topping:
    • Melt butter, then mix in garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
  6. Finish & Serve:
    • Brush warm cheese bites generously with garlic butter.
    • Enjoy immediately while hot and gooey!
