Shrimp Scampi Pasta Bake

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook pasta al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. Sauté shrimp: In a large skillet, melt butter with olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant (1-2 minutes).
  4. Add shrimp, cooking for 2-3 minutes per side until pink. Stir in white wine (if using), lemon juice, zest, parsley, and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Combine: Toss cooked linguine with the shrimp mixture and half the Parmesan.
  6. Bake: Transfer to a greased baking dish. Top with mozzarella and remaining Parmesan. Bake for 10-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
  7. Garnish with extra parsley and serve warm.
