Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or prepare a grill for medium-high heat.

  2. Prepare Foil Packets: Cut 4 large sheets of heavy-duty foil (about 12×18 inches).

  3. Assemble: Divide the potatoes, corn, sausage, and shrimp evenly among the foil sheets.

  4. Season: Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Toss lightly to coat.

  5. Seal Packets: Fold the foil over the ingredients, crimping the edges tightly to create sealed packets.

  6. Cook:

    • Oven: Bake for 20–25 minutes until potatoes are tender and shrimp are opaque.

    • Grill: Cook for 15–20 minutes, flipping once halfway through.

  7. Serve: Carefully open the foil (watch for steam!), garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and enjoy hot!
