Place the Hawaiian rolls on a cutting board and using a serrerated knife cut the rolls in half horizontally. Place the bottom half of the rolls on a baking sheet.
Add the sliced roast beef on top of the rolls.
Spread the Ardy’s sauce evenly over the meat.
Place dollops of cheddar cheese sauce on each individual slider and spread. Put the bun lids back on top.
In a small bowl melt the butter and mix in the garlic and onion powder. Brush evenly over the top of the buns and sprinkle the everything bagel seasoning on top.
Bake on the middle rack for 12-14 minutes.
Serve with extra Arby’s or BBQ sauce.
Notes
You can also use regular slices of cheddar cheese instead of the cheese sauce, or substitute a different variety of cheese.
Hawaiian rolls are my favorite but brioche or potato buns also work well.
If you can’t find everything bagel seasoning, combine some poppy seeds with sesame seeds. You could also add some flaky salt, black pepper, dried onion, and dried garlic.
