  • 3 tbsp olive oil 🫒

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced 🧄

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped 🧅

  • 1 (14 oz) can crushed tomatoes 🍅

  • 2 tbsp capers, drained 🫒

  • ½ cup green olives, sliced 🫒

  • 4-6 anchovy fillets (optional, but recommended for depth) 🐟

  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste) 🌶️

  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped 🌿

  • Salt & black pepper to taste �
