Preparation:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, egg, seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Fill each shell with the cheese mixture.
Spread 1 cup marinara sauce in a baking dish, place stuffed shells on top, then cover with remaining sauce and extra cheese if desired.
Cover with foil and bake for 25–30 minutes. Uncover and bake 5 more minutes until bubbly.
Let cool slightly and serve!
