Directions:
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened butter, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix until smooth and well blended.
- Spread the butter mixture evenly over one side of each bread slice. Place the slices buttered side up on a sheet tray.
- Heat a skillet over medium-low heat. Place one slice of bread in the skillet, buttered side down. Layer with 1 slice of mozzarella, 6 pepperoni slices, another slice of mozzarella, 6 more pepperoni slices, and a final slice of mozzarella.
- Top with another slice of bread, buttered side up. Cook for 3-5 minutes, or until the bottom is golden brown and crispy. Carefully flip the sandwich and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is fully melted.
- Remove from the skillet and serve immediately with warm pizza sauce on the side for dipping.
