  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple (undrained)

Frosting:

  • 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed
  • ⅔ cup whole milk
  • 1 box (3.4 oz) pistachio instant pudding mix
  • Chopped pistachios (for garnish, optional)
