Instructions:
1ļøā£Ā Cook the Pasta:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

- HeatĀ 1 tbsp olive oilĀ in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season steak strips with salt & pepper, then sear forĀ 2-3 minutesĀ until browned. Remove and set aside.

- In the same skillet, heat the remainingĀ 1 tbsp olive oil.
- Add onion and bell peppers, cooking forĀ 4-5 minutesĀ until softened.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook forĀ 1-2 minutesĀ until fragrant.
4ļøā£Ā Make the Sauce:
- Return the steak to the skillet. AddĀ Worcestershire sauceĀ andĀ beef broth, stirring to combine.
- Pour inĀ heavy cream, bring to a simmer, and cook forĀ 3-4 minutesĀ until slightly thickened.
5ļøā£Ā Combine with Pasta & Cheese:
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat.
- Sprinkle inĀ provolone and mozzarella cheeses, stirring until melted and creamy.
6ļøā£Ā Serve:
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
