Instructions
- Cook steak – Heat olive oil in a skillet, cook steak until browned, season with salt & pepper.
- Sauté veggies – Add bell peppers & onions, cook until softened.
- Assemble – Place provolone on a spring roll wrapper, add steak mixture on top.
- Roll & seal – Fold edges over filling, roll tightly, seal with egg wash.
- Fry – Heat oil to 350°F, fry until golden brown & crispy.
- Drain & serve – Place on a paper towel-lined plate.
