Preparation
- Line a muffin pan with liners and lightly spray with non-stick spray.
- Melt peanut butter, honey, and salt over low heat in a saucepan until smooth.
- Stir in Rice Krispies cereal until fully coated. Divide into muffin liners and press firmly.
- Melt chocolate chips over low heat, then spoon evenly over the treats.
- Chill in the refrigerator until firm. Remove from liners and enjoy!
For variations, try adding nuts or dried fruits, using different nut butters, or flavoring the chocolate with vanilla or cinnamon. These can be stored at room temperature for up to a week or refrigerated for freshness.
