Instructions

1. Brown the Sausage

  • Heat oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium-high heat.
  • Add sliced sausage and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.

2. Sauté the Veggies

  • In the same pan, cook onion and bell pepper for 3 minutes until soft.
