Nutella Liqueur Recipe

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the base mixture:
    In a saucepan over low heat, combine the milk, cream, and sugar. Stir continuously until the sugar dissolves completely.
    Add the Nutella and keep stirring until fully melted and smooth.
  2. Cool the mixture:
    Remove from heat and let it cool to room temperature.
  3. Add alcohol & flavoring:
    Once cooled, stir in the vodka (or rum) and vanilla extract (if using). Mix well to ensure a uniform consistency.
  4. Bottle the liqueur:
    Using a funnel, pour the mixture into sterilized glass bottles. Seal tightly and give them a gentle shake to blend.
  5. Store & mature:
    Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving to allow flavors to meld. Shake lightly before each use.

Serving Suggestions:

  • Serve chilled in shot glasses or over ice.
  • Drizzle over ice cream, stir into coffee, or use in desserts.

Storage:
Keeps refrigerated for 2–3 weeks. Always shake well before serving.
