No-Bake Banana Cinnamon Energy Bites

Instructions:

  1. Mash the Banana

    • In a medium bowl, mash the ripe banana until smooth.

  2. Mix Ingredients

    • Add the rolled oats, peanut butter, honey/maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla (if using), and chia seeds (if using). Stir until well combined.

    • If the mixture feels too wet, add a few more oats. If too dry, add a splash of milk or more nut butter.

    • Fold in chocolate chips or nuts if desired.

  3. Shape into Bites

    • Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll into a ball with your hands. Repeat until all mixture is used.

    • Tip: Wet your hands slightly to prevent sticking.

  4. Chill

    • Place the bites on a tray lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.

  5. Serve & Store

    • Enjoy chilled! Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze for up to 1 month.
