Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven & Prep Baking Sheet

    • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

    • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

  2. Make the Filling

    • In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar, crumbled bacon, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

    • Mix well until fully combined.

  3. Assemble the Egg Rolls

    • Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface in a diamond shape (one corner facing you).

    • Spoon about 2 tablespoons of filling onto the center.

    • Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly.

    • Dab a little water on the edges to seal. Repeat with remaining wrappers.

  4. Bake to Crispy Perfection

    • Place egg rolls seam-side down on the baking sheet.

    • Lightly spray the tops with olive oil spray for extra crispiness.

    • Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
