Instructions

1️⃣ Prepare the Salmon

  1. Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels.

  2. Season both sides with smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

2️⃣ Sear the Salmon

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet (nonstick or cast iron) over medium-high heat.

  2. Place salmon skin-side down (if using skin-on) and sear for 3–4 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through.

  3. Remove salmon and set aside.

3️⃣ Make the Lemon Garlic Butter Sauce

  1. Reduce heat to medium. In the same skillet, melt butter with olive oil.

  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30–60 seconds until fragrant.

  3. Stir in lemon juice, zest, honey, Dijon mustard (if using), salt, and pepper. Simmer for 1–2 minutes until slightly thickened.

4️⃣ Glaze & Serve

  1. Return salmon to the skillet and spoon sauce over the fillets. Simmer for 1–2 minutes to glaze.

  2. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon slices. Serve warm with extra sauce drizzled on top.

Tips for Success

✔ Don’t overcrowd the pan – cook salmon in batches if needed.
✔ Adjust sweetness – skip honey for a tangier sauce.
✔ Check doneness – salmon should flake easily with a fork.

Enjoy your restaurant-quality salmon in under 30 minutes! 😋🍽️
