How to Make It
1️⃣ Boil pasta – Cook in salted water until al dente (8–10 minutes). Reserve ½ cup pasta water before draining. 2️⃣ Sear chicken – Season and cook in 2 tbsp butter until golden brown, 5–6 minutes per side. Set aside. 3️⃣ Make sauce – Melt remaining butter, sauté garlic, then stir in cream, Parmesan, lemon juice, and zest. Simmer 3–4 minutes. 4️⃣ Combine & serve – Toss pasta in sauce, adding pasta water if needed. Return chicken to skillet, garnish with parsley & lemon wedges.
