Instructions:
- Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, salt, minced garlic, Parmesan, and dried herbs (if using).
- Add Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then mix in the olive oil. Pour into the dry ingredients and stir until a thick dough forms.
- Shape Flatbreads: Divide dough into 4 equal portions. On the baking sheet, flatten each into a thin round (about ¼-inch thick) using your hands or a rolling pin.
- Bake: Cook for 12–15 minutes until golden at the edges and firm.
- Optional Finish: Brush warm flatbreads with melted butter or olive oil and sprinkle with parsley for extra flavor.
- Serve: Let cool slightly before enjoying! Use as a side, wrap, or pizza base.
Storage: Keep in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for longer. Reheat in a toaster or oven for best texture.
