Instructions:

  1. Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, combine almond flour, baking powder, salt, minced garlic, Parmesan, and dried herbs (if using).
  3. Add Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, then mix in the olive oil. Pour into the dry ingredients and stir until a thick dough forms.
  4. Shape Flatbreads: Divide dough into 4 equal portions. On the baking sheet, flatten each into a thin round (about ¼-inch thick) using your hands or a rolling pin.

  6. Optional Finish: Brush warm flatbreads with melted butter or olive oil and sprinkle with parsley for extra flavor.
