Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Salad Base:
    In a large mixing bowl, combine the thawed peas, cheddar cheese, celery, red bell pepper, and red onion.
  2. Make the Dressing:
    In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Combine & Chill:
    Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and gently toss until everything is evenly coated.
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors blend.
  4. Serve & Enjoy:
    Give the salad a final stir before serving. Best enjoyed chilled!
