Instructions

1. Prepare the Salad

  1. Wash and thoroughly dry the mixed greens, then place them in a large serving bowl.

  2. Add the sliced cucumber, diced bell pepper, chopped red onion, and halved cherry tomatoes.

  3. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the top, followed by toasted nuts and dried fruit (if using).

2. Make the Dressing

In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, honey, garlic, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using) until well combined.

3. Assemble & Serve

Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving and toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly. Enjoy immediately for the best texture and flavor!
