- Heat several inches of oil in a skillet over medium high heat until the temperature reaches 350 degrees.
- Mix the ingredients for the batter, and dip the chicken into it, and then place into the heated oil.
- Fry the chicken until the outside is crispy and the chicken is cooked through.
- Mix together the ingredients for the sauce.
- Place 2 tbsp olive oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
- Add the garlic to the skillet, and saute for 30 seconds.
- Stir in the chicken, and pour in the honey sauce.
- Saute the chicken until the sauce thickens and becomes sticky, and the chicken is browned.
- Garnish the chicken with sesame seeds before serving.
