- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
- Season the shrimp with salt and pepper and saute in the skillet until cooked through.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce, chili flakes, ginger paste and minced garlic.
- Pour the sauce over the shrimp, reduce the heat on the stove to medium and saute until the sauce thickens and becomes a bit sticky.
- Serve the shrimp over rice garnished with green onions if desired.
