1. Marinate the Chicken

- Coat the chicken thighs evenly in the marinade and let sit for 15-30 minutes for maximum flavor.
2. Roast the Sweet Potatoes

- Toss sweet potato cubes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika.
- Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer and roast for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway, until tender and crispy.
