* 6–8 tablespoons ice water
For the Filling:
* 3 cups raspberries, fresh or frozen
* 3 cups blackberries, fresh or frozen
* 1 cup granulated sugar
* 4 tablespoons cornstarch
* 1 teaspoon lemon juice
* 1 egg, lightly beaten
* Sugar for sprinkling
