Instructions:

  1. Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the Sauce:
    • In a small bowl, whisk together the teriyaki sauce, honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Set aside.
  3. Prepare the Vegetables:
    • On a large sheet pan, toss the sliced red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and red onion with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Prepare the Chicken:
    • In a separate bowl, toss the thinly sliced chicken breasts with half of the prepared sauce. Make sure the chicken is well-coated.
  5. Assemble the Sheet Pan:
    • Spread the marinated chicken evenly over the sheet pan with the vegetables. Scatter the pineapple chunks over the top.
  6. Bake:
    • Place the sheet pan in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender. Halfway through the baking time, you can brush the remaining sauce over the chicken and vegetables for extra flavor.
  7. Garnish and Serve:
    • Once done, remove the sheet pan from the oven. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions if desired.
    • Serve hot over steamed rice or enjoy as is.
