Instructions:
- Preheat the Oven:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Prepare the Sauce:
- In a small bowl, whisk together the teriyaki sauce, honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, and ginger powder. Set aside.
- Prepare the Vegetables:
- On a large sheet pan, toss the sliced red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and red onion with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Prepare the Chicken:
- In a separate bowl, toss the thinly sliced chicken breasts with half of the prepared sauce. Make sure the chicken is well-coated.
- Assemble the Sheet Pan:
- Spread the marinated chicken evenly over the sheet pan with the vegetables. Scatter the pineapple chunks over the top.
- Bake:
- Place the sheet pan in the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender. Halfway through the baking time, you can brush the remaining sauce over the chicken and vegetables for extra flavor.
- Garnish and Serve:
- Once done, remove the sheet pan from the oven. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions if desired.
- Serve hot over steamed rice or enjoy as is.
