Instructions
1️⃣ Marinate & Grill the Seafood:

Pat salmon and shrimp dry. Toss with olive oil, garlic, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper. Marinate 15 mins.

Heat grill/grill pan to medium-high. Grill salmon 4-6 mins per side (until 145°F/flaky). Grill shrimp 1-2 mins per side (until pink). Flake salmon into chunks.
2️⃣ Cook the Pasta:

Boil fettuccine in salted water until al dente. Reserve ¼ cup pasta water, then drain.
3️⃣ Make the Alfredo Sauce:

Melt butter in a skillet. Sauté garlic 1 min (don’t brown).

Add cream, simmer 2-3 mins until slightly thickened.

Whisk in Parmesan until smooth. Season with pepper and salt (taste first!). Thin with pasta water if needed. Stir in parsley.
4️⃣ Combine & Serve:

Toss cooked fettuccine with sauce. Gently fold in salmon and shrimp.

Garnish with extra Parmesan, parsley, and lemon wedges. Serve immediately.

✔ Fresh Parmesan > pre-grated (it melts smoother!).
✔ Don’t overcook seafood—shrimp cook in just 2 mins!
✔ Reserve pasta water to adjust sauce consistency.
✔ Fold seafood gently to keep salmon chunks intact.
