4 lobster tails

4 tbsp melted butter

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Lemon wedges (for serving)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Lobster Tails:

Using kitchen shears, carefully cut through the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise, stopping at the tail fin.

Gently pry open the shell and lift the meat, keeping it attached at the base. Rest the meat on top of the shell.
2️⃣ Make the Garlic Butter Marinade:

In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, smoked paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
3️⃣ Marinate the Lobster:

Generously brush the garlic butter mixture over the exposed lobster meat.

Let the tails marinate for 10–15 minutes to absorb the flavors.
4️⃣ Grill the Lobster Tails:

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Place the lobster tails meat-side down on the grill and cook for 4–5 minutes until slightly charred.

Flip the tails over (shell-side down) and grill for another 3–4 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and firm.
5️⃣ Serve:

Remove from the grill and drizzle with any remaining garlic butter.

Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
