Grilled Lobster Tails Recipe 🦞🔥

Ingredients:

  • 4 lobster tails

  • 4 tbsp melted butter

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions:

1️⃣ Prepare the Lobster Tails:

  • Using kitchen shears, carefully cut through the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise, stopping at the tail fin.

  • Gently pry open the shell and lift the meat, keeping it attached at the base. Rest the meat on top of the shell.

2️⃣ Make the Garlic Butter Marinade:

  • In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, smoked paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

3️⃣ Marinate the Lobster:

  • Generously brush the garlic butter mixture over the exposed lobster meat.

  • Let the tails marinate for 10–15 minutes to absorb the flavors.

4️⃣ Grill the Lobster Tails:

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  • Place the lobster tails meat-side down on the grill and cook for 4–5 minutes until slightly charred.

  • Flip the tails over (shell-side down) and grill for another 3–4 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and firm.

5️⃣ Serve:

  • Remove from the grill and drizzle with any remaining garlic butter.

  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
