Grilled Jumbo Prawns with Garlic-Herb Butter

Instructions:

1. Make the Garlic-Herb Butter:
In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper. Set aside.

2. Preheat the Grill:
Heat the grill to medium-high and lightly oil the grates to prevent sticking.

3. Prep the Prawns:
Rinse the prawns under cold water and pat dry. Lightly brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.

4. Grill the Prawns:
Place prawns shell-side down on the grill. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side, until the shells turn pink with slight char marks and the flesh is opaque.

In the last minute of grilling, generously brush the prawns with the garlic-herb butter.

6. Serve:
