Instructions
1️⃣ Marinate the Chicken

In a bowl, combine the chicken slices with paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and ½ tbsp olive oil.

Mix well and let it marinate for 10 minutes while you prep the veggies.
2️⃣ Grill the Chicken

Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook the chicken for 5–7 minutes per side, until golden and fully cooked (internal temp: 165°F).

Transfer to a plate and cover to keep warm.
3️⃣ Sauté the Vegetables

In the same pan, heat the remaining ½ tbsp olive oil.

Add asparagus, bell peppers, and onions. Sauté for 4–5 minutes until tender-crisp.

Drizzle with soy sauce, toss to coat, and cook for another 1 minute.
4️⃣ Plate & Serve

Arrange the grilled chicken on one side of a plate and the sautéed veggies beside it.
