👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Marinate the Chicken

  • In a large bowl, combine chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, vinegar, garlic cloves, and wine.
  • Massage marinade into the chicken thoroughly.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, ideally overnight.

2️⃣ Prep the Potatoes

  • Peel and wedge potatoes. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Arrange in a single layer on a baking tray.

3️⃣ Assemble & Bake

  • Place marinated chicken over the potatoes.
  • Pour remaining marinade over everything.
  • Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (430°F) for 1 hour, or until chicken is golden and cooked through.

4️⃣ Serve

  • Let rest for a few minutes, then serve warm with pan juices spooned over the potatoes.
