Instructions:
- Preheat Oven:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare Vegetables:
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, carrots, zucchini, bell peppers, and red onion.

- Finish & Serve:
