- Cook the Potatoes:
- Heat 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the potatoes, oregano, thyme, rosemary, minced garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir well to coat the potatoes in the herbs and oil.
- Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring often, until the potatoes are fork-tender. Remove the potatoes from the skillet and set aside.
- Cook the Steak:
- In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tbsp of butter.
- Add the steak strips and cook, stirring occasionally, until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- Combine and Serve:
- Return the cooked potatoes to the skillet with the steak. Stir to combine and reheat for 1-2 minutes.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt and pepper if needed.
- Serve Immediately:
- Transfer the steak and potatoes to a serving dish or plate directly from the skillet. Enjoy!
