Garlic Chicken with Spiral Pasta & Meat Sauce 🍗🍝🧄🧀

Instructions:

1. Cook the Chicken:

  • Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  • Heat olive oil and butter in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.

  • Add chicken and cook for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through (165°F internal temp).

  • Remove, let rest for 5 minutes, then slice into strips.

2. Cook the Pasta:

  • Boil spiral pasta in salted water until al dente (about 8-10 mins). Drain and set aside.

3. Make the Meat Sauce:

  • In the same pan, cook ground beef (or sausage) until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.

  • Add onion and garlic, sauté until soft (2-3 mins).

  • Stir in tomato sauce, oregano, basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 mins.

  • Reduce heat, add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until creamy.

4. Combine & Serve:

  • Toss cooked pasta with the meat sauce.

  • Top with sliced garlic chicken and extra Parmesan.

  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
