Instructions
1. Make the Garlic Butter
In a small bowl, mix the softened butter with the minced garlic, salt, and pepper.

2. Season & Cook the Salmon
Rub the salmon fillets with the garlic butter mixture. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the fillets for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.

3. Sauté the Mushrooms & Garlic
In the same skillet, melt the remaining butter and add the sliced mushrooms. Sauté until they become tender, about 3 minutes. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.

4. Add the Spinach & Cream
Add the fresh spinach to the skillet and pour in the heavy cream. Stir until the spinach is wilted and the sauce begins to thicken.

5. Finish with Parmesan
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

6. Serve & Enjoy
Plate the salmon and spoon the creamy mushroom and spinach sauce over the top. Serve immediately and enjoy!
