Garlic Butter Ground Turkey with Cauliflower Skillet

Directions:

In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute, or until fragrant.

Add the ground turkey to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Season with onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the turkey is browned and cooked through.

While the turkey is cooking, steam the cauliflower florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes. You can do this in a separate pot or in the microwave.

Once the turkey is cooked, add the steamed cauliflower to the skillet. Stir in the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and mix well to combine.

Add the chopped spinach and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the spinach is wilted. Remove from heat and stir in the fresh parsley and lemon juice.

Serve warm, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
