Instructions:

  1. Prep the Chicken:
    • In a bowl, toss the chicken pieces with flour, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  2. Cook the Chicken:
    • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
