Instructions:

1. Prepare the Lobster Tails:

  • Preheat the broiler on high.

  • Using kitchen shears, carefully cut through the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise.

  • Gently lift the meat out of the shell and rest it on top, keeping it attached at the base.

  • Place the prepared tails on a foil-lined baking sheet.

2. Make the Garlic Butter Glaze:

  • In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, black pepper, smoked paprika (if using), and a pinch of salt. Mix well.

3. Broil the Lobster:

  • Brush the lobster meat generously with the garlic butter mixture.

  • Broil on the top rack for 8–10 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and lightly charred.

  • Halfway through, baste the lobster with more garlic butter for extra flavor.

4. Serve:

  • Drizzle with any remaining butter from the pan.

  • Garnish with chopped parsley or chives.

  • Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.

Enjoy your rich, buttery, and perfectly broiled lobster tails! 🦞🧈
