Steak:
Season the steak with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the steak for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer for desired doneness.
Rest the steak for 5 minutes before serving.
Sausages and Bacon:
Cook sausages in a skillet over medium heat, turning occasionally, for about 10-12 minutes or until golden and fully cooked.
In the same skillet, cook bacon slices until crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Eggs:
Melt butter in a non-stick skillet over low heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet.
Cook sunny side up until the whites are set but yolks are still runny, about 2-3 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve the steak, sausages, bacon, and eggs together on a plate. Optionally add baked beans, grilled tomatoes, mushrooms, or toast to complete the meal. Enjoy!
