Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Make the crust – Mix flour, melted butter, sugar, and salt until dough forms.
- Press into a greased 9×9-inch pan and bake for 15–18 minutes until lightly golden. Cool completely.
- Melt chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Let cool slightly.
- Beat butter & sugar in a bowl until light and fluffy.
- Mix in melted chocolate & vanilla extract, beating until well combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, beating 3 minutes after each addition until smooth & creamy.
- Spread chocolate filling over the cooled crust.
- Whip heavy cream & powdered sugar until stiff peaks form.
- Spread whipped topping over chocolate layer.
- Refrigerate at least 4 hours until set, then cut into squares and serve.
