Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.

Boil butter, water & salt in a saucepan.

Add flour, stir until a smooth dough forms.

Let cool slightly, then beat in eggs one at a time until smooth.

Spoon batter into muffin cups, filling halfway.

Bake for 30–35 minutes until golden & puffy.
