Instructions:
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground sausage and cook, stirring frequently to break it into smaller pieces, until fully cooked. Do not drain the fat.
- Add the coleslaw mix, crushed garlic, minced ginger, and soy sauce to the skillet with the sausage. Stir well to combine.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is heated through and slightly softened.
- Remove the skillet from the heat. Garnish with chopped green onions and drizzle with toasted sesame oil.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
