Instructions:

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground sausage and cook, stirring frequently to break it into smaller pieces, until fully cooked. Do not drain the fat.
  2. Add the coleslaw mix, crushed garlic, minced ginger, and soy sauce to the skillet with the sausage. Stir well to combine.
  3. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is heated through and slightly softened.
  4. Remove the skillet from the heat. Garnish with chopped green onions and drizzle with toasted sesame oil.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
