Easy Yogurt, Pear & Almond Cake 🍐✨

Instructions:

1️⃣ Prep & Mix Wet Ingredients

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch (23cm) cake pan.
  • In a bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Stir in yogurt, oil (or butter), and vanilla until smooth.

2️⃣ Combine Dry Ingredients

  • In a separate bowl, mix flour, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Gently fold dry ingredients into the wet batter until just combined.

3️⃣ Fold in Pears & Bake

  • Add diced pears and fold gently.
  • Pour batter into the pan and sprinkle sliced almonds on top.
  • Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.

4️⃣ Cool & Serve

  • Let cool slightly before slicing.
  • Dust with powdered sugar (if desired) and enjoy!
