Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onion and garlic until cooked through. Drain excess fat.
3. Stir in cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, sour cream, green chilies, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
