Instructions:
1️⃣ Prep: Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2️⃣ Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, combine pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, flaxseed, nutritional yeast (if using), herbs, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Mix well.
3️⃣ Add Water: Pour in water and stir until fully combined. Let sit for 10-15 mins—the chia and flax will thicken the mixture.

7️⃣ Cool & Crisp: Turn off the oven, crack the door, and let the crackers sit inside for 15-20 mins to dry further.
8️⃣ Break & Store: Once fully cooled, snap into crackers and store in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
