- 600 g (about 1.3 lbs) chicken breast, cut into pieces (or more, as needed)
For the Marinade:
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika powder
- A pinch of ginger powder (optional)
- A pinch of ras el hanout (optional)
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 drizzle of oil
For the Breading:
- 1 soup plate of all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs, beaten and seasoned with salt and pepper
- 1 shallow dish of coarsely crushed unsalted cornflakes (place them in a freezer bag and crush with a rolling pin)
