Instructions
1. Prep Oven & Coating Stations:
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment or lightly grease it.
Set up 3 bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with a mix of panko, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
2. Coat the Asparagus:
Dredge each asparagus spear in flour, dip in egg, then coat in the breadcrumb-Parmesan mixture. Press gently so the coating sticks well.
3. Bake:
Arrange coated asparagus in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
4. Serve Hot:
Enjoy as a side, snack, or appetizer — great with garlic aioli, ranch, or lemon-yogurt dip!
