1 cup sour cream

1 cup heavy cream

3/4 cup granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3 large eggs

For the Crème Brûlée Topping:
1/4 cup brown sugar (for caramelizing)

Garnish:
Fresh raspberries (optional)
