Instructions:
- Freeze the Bananas: Spread banana slices on a parchment-lined tray and freeze for at least 2 hours (or overnight) until solid.
- Blend: Pulse frozen bananas in a food processor until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed (2-3 minutes).
- Add Flavors: Spoon in peanut butter, honey, vanilla, and salt (if using). Blend again until silky and fully combined.
- Serve or Set: Enjoy immediately as soft-serve, or transfer to a loaf pan, cover, and freeze for 1-2 hours for scoopable ice cream.
